Cryo month unlimited allows (1) cryo session per day, during normal business hours.

30-min PEMF month unlimited & 60-min PEMF month unlimited allows (1) PEMF session per day for 30 consecutive days during normal business hours; except days we are closed. 3 30-min for $99 or 3 60-min for $150 or *$300 for one month of 30-min unlimited PEMF or *$400 for 60-mins (*includes 1-session per day for 30-days except Sundays) You will need to remove all external metal before use (electronic or battery-operated devices, keys, wallets, metal belt buckles, cards with magnetic strips, hearing aids & jewelry)

Cryoskin monthly membership- Includes 2 Slimming sessions per month (any unused sessions per month, do not carry over. You must use them or lose them) & requires a recurring payment for minimum of 2 months; after your 2-month period or 2nd payment, you can cancel anytime.

15-minute SPod sessions: Appointments are 25 minutes to allow for changing.

LATE TO APPOINTMENT POLICY

A client is considered late when he or she arrives after their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 mins late for your cryoskin appointment, we might not be able to accommodate you and you will need to reschedule (Cryoskin appointments require special schedules so you might need to reschedule to a different day). We will try to work you in but we schedule staff accordingly and must have 2 staff members at the facility to accommodate Chill Facials & Cryoskin appointments.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to work you into the next available time but other clients who have arrived on time for their appointments will take priority and go first. One or two late clients cause the entire daily schedule to fall behind. This is an inconvenience to everyone. We strive to see every client as close to their appointment time as possible. We ask that you please be courteous of your fellow clients' valuable time. The staff, as well as your fellow clients will thank you.

If you are unable to let us know at least 24 hours in advance that you need to cancel, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

**SHOULD YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a $10-$50 fee. Appointments that are missed that neglected to give notice (No Call, No Show) will result in a charge of $10, all Cryoskin appointments are charged half the treatment fee for NO SHOW, NO CALL.
